1. Subscription Services
Certain products or services offered through the Little Horizons Australia platform may be provided on a recurring subscription basis.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Little Horizons Australia and its authorised payment processors to automatically charge your nominated payment method for recurring subscription fees at the billing interval displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.
2. Billing Authorisation
By purchasing a subscription you:
• authorise recurring charges to your nominated payment method
• agree that billing will occur automatically at the relevant renewal date
• acknowledge that payment obligations remain until the subscription is cancelled.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and valid.
3. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
• cancelling through your account settings; or
• contacting Little Horizons Australia using the contact details provided on the website.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to prevent automatic renewal.
Where a cancellation request is received after a renewal has been processed, the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only.
4. Effect of Cancellation
Once a cancellation request has been processed:
• the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period;
• access to subscription features will cease at the end of that billing period;
• no further recurring charges will be applied.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges only.
5. Refunds
Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, refunds will not be provided for:
• prior billing periods
• partially used subscription periods
• unused access to platform features
• change of mind
• dissatisfaction with platform decisions or outcomes
• disagreement with nominations, initiatives, or support allocations
• changes to platform features, services, or functionality
• failure to use the subscription.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Little Horizons Australia may:
• retry the payment using the nominated payment method
• suspend access to subscription benefits
• cancel the subscription.
Access may remain suspended until payment obligations are satisfied.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Members agree to contact Little Horizons Australia to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a financial institution.
Where a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, Little Horizons Australia reserves the right to:
• suspend or terminate the associated account or subscription; and
• restrict future purchases or membership access.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights available under applicable law.
8. Suspension or Termination
Little Horizons Australia reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions where:
• payment obligations are not met
• the Terms & Conditions are breached
• the platform is misused or used unlawfully
• continued access may pose legal, operational, or security risks.
9. Changes to Subscription Pricing
Little Horizons Australia may change subscription pricing or billing structures from time to time.
Where pricing changes apply to existing subscriptions, reasonable notice will be provided prior to the change taking effect.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
